SPECIFICATIONS – No. 1898 UNIVERSAL Heavy Duty Tote Jack
(Couples with all tire racks in No. 1400 & No. 1800 Series)

Working Height: 13-1/2” at Lift Pin; 27” at top of Handle
Construction: One-piece all welded assembly. Handle/brace sub-assembly is 1” OD x 18 gauge welded steel tubing, undercarriage is 10 gauge brake-formed steel with welded tubular axle cover and machined steel Lift Pin. Lift Pin has machine-tapered pin portion for easy engagement, and flat bearing surface to support the mating rack’s Lift Bracket without binding.
Axle: 5/8” diameter solid steel bar, zinc plated.
Wheels: 10” OD x 2.75” extra-heavy-duty rubber tires, mounted on high impact polyolefin wheel hubs fitted with pre-greased sealed ball bearings.
Finish: Gloss black exterior baked enamel finish, applied after thorough washing and phosphate coating
