Bars – one for each tier of tires – fit into key-slotted holes in end frames. Bars pass through tires and rotate to a central position for single-point locking at one end – bars at the other end are locked in key-slotted holes. Padlock with two keys is furnished. Secures the tires on the rack, preventing theft and the tires falling off the rack.
