At Heavy Duty Diesel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Some products, such as custom-made or clearance items, may not be eligible for a return. Please check the product description for more details.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product, please contact us directly. We will arrange for an exchange or a refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
